A company is looking for a Telecom and Technology Commercial
Contracts Attorney for a secondment role.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, negotiate, and advise on commercial transaction
agreements
Provide legal support and guidance on matters related to technology
and telecommunications
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with relevant
regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
Licensed to practice law in the state where you reside
Must reside in WA, WDC, OR, CA, AZ, IL, TX, AK, WI, NY, CO, or
ID
Proven experience in commercial transactions within the technology
and telecom sectors
FCC regulatory experience is advantageous
Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
