Job Description:
A company is looking for an Attorney to support their Legal and
Compliance team in managing supplier contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Review and provide legal guidance on supplier contracts, including
SaaS and IT agreements
Negotiate agreements in collaboration with internal teams to align
vendor obligations with business goals
Develop and maintain contract playbooks and enhance contract
workflows with procurement teams
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in any U.S. state; New York Bar admission
preferred
Minimum of four years of experience in contract review and
negotiation
Experience with SaaS agreements and procurement-related legal
matters
Background in the insurance industry, data privacy, or AI-related
legal matters is a plus
