Job Description:
A company is looking for a Privacy and Compliance Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement compliance programs related to technology
platforms and data handling practices
Provide expert legal counsel on regulatory matters, particularly
regarding data privacy and the DOJ China Rule
Foster cross-functional collaboration to integrate legal and
compliance considerations into business processes
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house at a
technology company or in a law firm
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Active bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S.
state
Experience in developing and managing compliance programs related
to OFAC and anti-bribery laws
Proficiency in technology data systems and data lifecycle
management
