A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Represents and advises on all legal matters for hospitals and
related departments
Handles a wide range of legal responsibilities and assists with
interpreting State and Federal rules
Participates in various committees and meetings as required
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree required
J.D. required
7 years of legal experience required
5 years of legal experience in the specialty area required
5 years of legal experience in Healthcare Law strongly
preferred
