Required (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Respond to consumer inquiries via phone, email, and written
correspondence with empathy and professionalism
Coordinate across internal teams to ensure timely execution of
tasks and resolution of issues
Monitor project health, identify errors, and contribute to
solutions and improvements
Required Qualifications
JD from a U.S. law school or foreign law degree with LLM required
(Bar license not required)
High-level proficiency in MS Office; strong digital literacy and
adaptability
Proven critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex
problems quickly
Ability to work independently in a virtual, confidential, and
distraction-free environment
