Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal-Sr Counsel to join their
dynamic legal team.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, negotiate, and translate various agreements for
internal and external clients
Support sales/business teams with contract terms and the RFP
process
Identify and address risk areas in contracts, ensuring compliance
with company policies
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree and licensed to practice law in good
standing
Experience in software licensing within a SaaS environment
Strong skills in contract formation, preparation, and
negotiation
Ability to identify key risk and policy issues in transactions
Basic understanding of U.S. software intellectual property law
