We are seeking a Marketing Director to manage the day to day
marketing, social media and PR activities of BRC Imagination Arts
and long-term marketing strategy for the agency.
Managing all marketing for the company (social, digital, events
and print) and activities related to public relations with our PR
Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with
company objectives, senior leadership goals and our public
relations agencies input.
Co-ordinating marketing efforts with promotion and sales
Managing to BRC’s annual marketing budget.
Creation and publication of all marketing material (social,
digital and print) in line with marketing plans.
Planning and implementing promotional activities and campaigns
(social, digital and print).
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring
Overall responsibility for brand management and brand world
Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing
Creating a wide range of different marketing materials and
management of digital marketing channels (website, social feeds and
Working closely with our PR agency, trade partners and assisting

Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all
relevant team members and BRC leadership are kept informed of

Qualifications and Experience:
7+ years in marketing leadership position with an international
brand, studio or agency.
Previous experience in PR or corporate relations is a plus.
Previous experience in agency business development is a
Proven ability to use data to organize and interpret campaign
results while visualizing in an impactful and easy to understand
Proven track record of working effectively with marketing,
digital and/or PR agencies.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing related field required – Master’s
Proven track record of achieving operational KPI, sales,
revenue, and profit targets.
Proven experience managing teams and external agencies.
Strong interpersonal skills to lead the team toward achieving
Robust knowledge of marketing, social media and public relations
processes and KPI management.
