Job Title: Principal Application Developer
ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Principal Application
Developer at our Costa Mesa, CA location. Responsibilities:
Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC),
including planning, building, testing, releasing, and coordinating
reviews and demonstrations. Develop and review software
requirements, create design documents, write programs, package,
test, configure, and deploy software. Work with clients, product
managers, analysts, architects, and engineers to plan, design,
develop, test, and implement information technology solutions.
Develop and enhance software programs and architecture design
patterns to enable the technology to meet business objectives.
Provide full support of live software applications for internal and
integration system issues. Analyze requirements and lead migration
of legacy software applications and technologies. Ensure software
application traceability for matching reconciliation between
processors, financial networks and banks.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a
related field plus five (5) years of related experience.
Pre-bachelor's degree experience is acceptable. One (1) year of
related experience will substitute for one year of education toward
a bachelor's degree.
Two (2) years of experience must include: Java; J2EE; JEE
design; ColdFusion; SOA; OOAD; Amazon Web Services (AWS); Splunk
logging architecture; Apache/Tomcat application server; IntelliJ
IDEA; Server-side application frameworks, including JSP, Servlet,
and Spring; ORMs, including Hibernate; Restful and SOAP-based web
services, including JSON and XML; Unit testing frameworks,
including JUnit and Jest; and SQL data store -- MySQL.
