Job Description:

Wade Financial Advisory (www.wadefa.com) is seeking a Paraplanner/Client Service Associate for our fee-only financial planning and investment advisory firm in Campbell, CA. We help manage every aspect of our client's financial life, partnering, educating, and guiding them throughout the process to help them make well-informed financial decisions. This position is full time and is intended to be permanently remote/work from home.Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Prepare preliminary financial plans through our FP software
• Prepare client meeting agendas, notes, and documents needed for client meetings.
• Assist in the maintenance of the firm's CRM (Redtail).
• Process meeting notes, update contact management database, and assign and execute workflow tasks.
• Process funds requests, account applications, account transfers and any other client/account related tasks needed.
• Handle client issues and requests.
• Assist in the maintenance of the firm document management system.
• Provide administrative support to the firm partners.
• Coordinate client meeting scheduling, including in-person and video meetings
• Assist where needed we are a small team and we all wear multiple hatsPosition Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in the financial service industry
  • Windows and Microsoft Office skills and ability to master new software.
  • Excellent administrative writing and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team and prioritize tasks appropriately
  • Ability to manage your own time
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent client service and relationship management skillsSalary and Benefits
    • Salary will be $50,000 - $70,000 based on experience, a healthcare allowance, life/disability insurance and a 401(k) with matching contributions.The ProcessQualified candidates will start the process by having a 15-30 minute phone interview conducted by our consultant who is the hiring manager for this position. If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance in the process, you will meet with the firm.
