Costa Mesa office of our client seeks bad faith litigation associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience, including coverage opinions, coverage litigation, bad faith, and declaratory relief. The candidate will be drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents. Will be managing discovery, including taking/presenting witnesses for deposition. Providing professional liability coverage analyses to clients. Conducting legal research, analysis and writing. Should preferably have experience handling life, health and disability matters related to ERISA claims. Must be an active member of the State Bar of California in good standing. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, West Law is essential.The candidate should have excellent writing and proofreading skills.
