We are a purpose-driven company made up of an expanding team of purpose-driven people.We are looking to hire a full time Claims Administrator who is detail oriented, can work under pressure, and work well with teams. Experience in a claims related field (e.g. Insurance, mortgage or medical) is a plus.Responsibilities* Process all response forms including opt in, opt out, and claims with a high level of accuracy* Review response forms, escalation issues, and resolve* Identify and process disputed response forms* Review processing criteria and begin processing cases with minimal supervision* Scan responses for cases and projects* Work as part of a team to process cases with various timelines and requirements* Complete ad hoc tasks as assignedRequirements* Excellent organizational, written, and communication skills * Intrinsically motivated with the ability to operate independently* Proficiency with MS Office and various desktop software programs* Attention to detail* Bachelor's degree preferredBenefitsThis is a full time position.
