discounting and other contract funding / booking related
activities. Has achieved subject matter expertise status and is
able to attain maximum production while complying with company
policies and procedures. Maintains industry best in class dealer
service and processing turn times.
Ability to work in a high volume environment while achieving
cycle time and accuracy requirements. Respond to incoming dealer
phone calls or e-mails regarding general program information or
customer specific questions. Solve problems related to contract
pricing and program terms. Identify process improvement
opportunities; collaborate with peers and management to communicate
improvement suggestions. Perform various additional tasks as
assigned by a supervisor which may or may not be included in the
position duties and responsibilities. Provide a high level of
service to dealers, matrix partners and CPC employees regarding
contract corrections and Ally programs and services. Serve as a
processing subject matter expert; requires ongoing training of
product enhancements and programs.
