JOB TITLE: Operations Technical Support Analyst- 1C6333

JOB GRADE: 30 

POSITION SUMMARY: 

Provide technical and operational support to the teams within ADP Compliance Solutions Payments Operation area. Work with vendor realtionship to research, analyze and determine resolutions to issues. Respond to questions from vendor and operations areas. Assist with escalated client issues and trouble use issues through use of database management, writing and running queries and creation of reporting. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Identifies, researches and resolves complex issues related to ADP Payment customer and client operations. Ability to analyze and manipulate data from a variety of sources and make recommendations for improvement and solutions. Seek timely and reasonable solutions. Responsible for database management and writing and running queries. Ability to create quality and effective reports to drive operational efficiencies. Modifies the database which includes table creation, table modification, table sizing, field definition and record definitions.

 Assist with escalated client issues. Work with Operations associates and management to research, analyze and determine resolution. respond to questions from operations, client and customer areas.

Continually upgrades knowledge and skill base relating to both new and existing products to increase proficiency in a technical and operational support capability. Remain current with emerging technology in order to provide technical and operational support for new product rollouts and/or existing offerings. Remain proficient on networks, operating systems, hardware, software, databases, Internet and related products. Effectively troubleshoot, replicate and develop resolution for client issues.

Participate in department projects as needed. Manage projects that will focus on improving the operational execution and efficiencies. This will require effective communications with internal and external clients, the documentation and resolution of issues and tracking and reporting of progress on said projects.

Performs other related duties as assigned. 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 

  • Rquired Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 -- 5 Years of Directly Related Experience
