The Accounts Payable Coordinator will report to the senior accounting manager and will be responsible for processing payments, depositing and recording receipts, reconciling individual accounts as well as bank reconciliations.General Accountabilities

  • Maintain the books of small, family-owned entities
  • Record receipts and deposit checks
  • Process payments for invoices
  • Review and reconcile credit card statements
  • Reconcile bank balances daily to ensure proper funding is available
  • Process incoming ACH receipts from tenants and outgoing ACH payments to vendors
  • Prepare weekly cash reports for the executive team
  • Conduct a monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Run errands for the owner on an as-needed basis
  • Drive to the bank to deposit checks and obtain cashier's checks
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requestedJob Qualifications
    • Education Requirements: High School Diploma
    • Minimum Experience: 5 years
    • Entry Level experience utilizing Excel
    • Yardi experience a plus
    • QuickBooks experience a plus
