Job Description Senior Assembler (Costa Mesa) SNAPSHOT Looking for a chance to join the one of the most exciting high-tech electronics manufacturing firms? THEN READ ON This position is responsible for rework, repair and reassemble electronic power modules returned from the field Our client offers an excellent comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid holidays, paid vacation, sick leave, and a 401(k) plan --- Immediate opening for a Senior Assembler in Costa Mesa, CA who possesses: Certificate or Degree in Electronics (preferred, not required) 7-10 Years Electronics Experience (Electromechanical assembly of complex equipment) Must be able to work from verbal and written instructions including blueprints, assembly layouts, wire lists, wiring diagrams and harness boards Experience assembling electronic systems (installing transformers, inductors, capacitors, wire harnesses, circuit boards, etc Experience using tools such as: Hand tools, crimpers, screwdrivers, drills, measuring devices, Experience Soldering Must be able to lift 30 lbs Must have knowledge of electrical component identification and function Must be well spoken and have the ability to troubleshoot --- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Ability to crimp lugs, strip wires, install connectors and rework wire harnesses Able to use common hand tools including screwdrivers, pliers, cutters hand drills and wrenches A basic understanding of how to read production assembly drawings and diagrams Able to follow production lead Maintain clean and safe work environment Ability to rework, repair and reassemble electronic power modules returned from the field Maintains organized working station Ability to read and write in English. --- KEY BENEFITS INCLUDE: 401k matching Paid Vacation Sick time Friendly, employee-centric company culture --- If you---d like to explore, send your resume to adminsnapstaffing.com and we---ll follow up with you ASAP ---
