In this role, the eCommerce Content Program Coordinator is responsible for content alignment, submission, tracking, and execution for the site. You will support the eCommerce Content Program Manager in gathering requirements and clearly communicating content needs for the business. The eCommerce Content Program Coordinator implements and maintains seasonal campaigns and builds site content to support site merchandising and marketing. They are extremely detail-oriented, highly organized, and strong in optimizing processes.

How You Will Make a Difference What you will do:

  • Submit clear and comprehensive creative briefs for Site and Email teams into content tracking system.
  • Build, test and implement all digital site content in CMS for Vans.com/Vans.ca.
  • Partner with Creative Project Manager on updates/changes needed to seasonal creative briefs or content/asset deliverables.
  • Traffic seasonal site creative to Canada translation agency and partner with Email Marketing team on additional translation needs.
  • Monitor asset performance to improve site engagement and provide learnings to stakeholders.How you will do it:
    • Align details for seasonal stories, shipping and promotional events.
    • Work closely with cross functional teams to track progress of key marketed campaign launches to Vans.com/Vans.ca.
    • Partner with Site team on biweekly banner calendar updates and traffic content to external vendor to execute personalization.
    • Develop and manage content calendar with Content Program Manager, working closely with key partners to continuously update and communicate changes.What success looks like:
      • Building strong partnerships with Site, Email, Creative and Marketing.
      • Rolling out smooth and aligned content moments for digital launches.
      • Being the go-to for site content needs and organized details.

        Skills for SuccessYears of Related Professional Experience: 1-3 years
        Educational Position Requirements:A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
        What we expect you already know:
        • 1 to 3 years of experience in digital content or creative asset management, ecommerce preferred
        • Experience working with project and content management tooling; such as SmartSheet, Wrike, and CoreMedia
        • Strength in communicating roadblocks, project status and new ideas
        • Skilled in organization, project management, creative problem solving, and meeting tight deadlines
        • Ability to balance between working independently and collaboratively
        • Action-oriented and enjoys a dynamic work environmentWhat we will teach you:
