The Role:
We're currently looking for a Paid Search Strategist who is excited to manage direct-response paid search and display campaigns for a portfolio of El Dorado Digital clients. Client goals include customer acquisition, loyalty/purchase continuity, and lead generation. The Growth team is responsible for the strategy, execution, testing, and optimization of paid channels. We work directly with the client, creative team, and landing page teams to assemble all those pieces into a unified approach.
Responsibilities:

  • Confidently and effectively lead client communications i.e. weekly, monthly meetings and QBRs
  • Understand the analytics & measurement frameworks to develop campaign strategy & consistently improve client KPIs
  • Manage performance of paid media buying campaigns: paid search, and display
  • Collect and analyze data, hypothesize and execute tests to improve performance continuously.
  • Collaborate with the Landing Page team to strategize and test high-converting landing pages.
  • Work closely with the Creative Team to plan and iterate images and videos that get users' attention and motivate them to buy.
  • Build -reports to collaborate with our clients transparently
  • Lead -client and partner communications through Slack, video calls, and emails.
  • Work with account leadership to identify upsell opportunities
    Our Ideal Candidate:
    • 5+ years of full-time experience working in Paid Search advertising, ideally within an agency/client environment
    • Experience managing $1M+ annual media budgets
    • Prior experience managing multiple accounts or LOBs
    • Enjoy solving complex problems and are comfortable with ambiguity
    • Extensive experience developing, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on paid search on search platforms (Bing, Google, YouTube, etc.)
    • Familiarity with eCommerce with preferred experience in Google shopping campaigns, Performance Max, Google Merchant Center product feeds
    • Familiarity with Goole Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and Excel/Google Sheets
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work both individually and in a team environment - strong ability to articulate and document analysis findings
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines
      This job has the opportunity to transition to full-time
