As aTalent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with hiring managers to source, recruit and close talented professionals to join our world-class organization. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, has a can-do attitude, and is passionate about supporting the growth of an innovative technology company.
What you'll do:

• 
  
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for various teams
  
  
  • 
    
  • Source, engage, maintain, and close a strong candidate pipeline for open positions
    
    
    • 
      
    • Shepherd candidates through the process in a friendly and professional manner
      
      
      • 
        
      • Consult with hiring manageress to discuss position requirements, recruiting strategy, and timelines to fill jobs
        
        
        • 
          
        • Respond to candidate queries in a timely, helpful manner, and deliver a best-in-class experience
          
          
          • 
            
          • Maintain recruiting reports and measure performance against metrics
            
            
            • 
              
            • Track and document candidate communications in ATS
              
              
              • 
                
              • Plan and execute recruiting events
                
                
                • 
                  
                • Maintain a high level of confidentiality
                  
                  What we're looking for:
                  
                  • 
                    
                  • 1+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter
                    
                    
                    • 
                      
                    • Expert multi-tasker with the ability to balance urgency and thoroughness
                      
                      
                      • 
                        
                      • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
                        
                        
                        • 
                          
                        • Strong written and verbal communication skills
                          
                          
                          • 
                            
                          • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, frequently changing, and high-performance environment
                            
                            
                            • 
                              
                            • Tech-savvy and can work consistently within our ATS system and G-suite
                              
                              
                              • 
                                
                              • Passion for building diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams
                                
                                
                                • 
                                  
                                • Bachelor's Degree preferred
                                  
                                • Salary Range $65,000 to $70,000
