Job Description POSITION: Accounts Payable Supervisor (Hybrid) POSITION DUTIES: * Handle all aspects of AP * Responsible for Cash Requirements pertaining to weekly AP and work closely with Finance Department on forecasting weekly cash requirements * Responsible for Vendor relations and terms * Oversees Expense reports and T&E credit cards * Oversees vendors paid by credit card * Reconcile AP accounts POSITION REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with emphasis in accounting, finance or related discipline. (Highly preferred) * 3-5 years full cycle accounts payable experience is required * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Solid Excel Skills * Experienced with Manual AP Processing PAY TRANSPARENCY: A reasonable estimate of the available hourly pay scale for this position is: $34-38 hourly (contract to hire) . The actual compensation offered may vary depending on qualifications and other factors essential to the performance of duties and is determined by the hiring authority.
