Monday - Friday, 7AM -4PM

SUMMARY: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying potential candidates to fill open positions by closely coordinating with department managers for their specific requirements and qualifications. The TAS will also manage job postings on various sourcing platforms, as well as update company job descriptions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting preliminary interviews.
  • Strategically and proactively sources passive and active candidates to build and maintain a quality talent pipeline for current and future workforce needs.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with potential candidates, recruitment agencies, schools, and associations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of various roles.
  • Coordinate with the Office Assistant to ensure interviews are scheduled with corresponding meeting rooms.
  • Coordinate with Human Resources to extend offers and negotiate compensation.
  • Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and uploading documents to employee records.
  • May participate in onboarding and facilitate new employee orientation.
  • Maintain Job Description library and update or create new descriptions as needed. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management
    • Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive or confidential information
    • Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance
    • Adheres to all Company Core Values, Policies & Procedures and Safety Regulations
    • Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management
    • Understands and complies with all company rules and regulations MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
      • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or a related HR role
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Strong working knowledge of current federal and state regulations related to employment (i.e. EEOC, ADA, etc.).
