Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Travel Consultant III
(experienced).
Key Responsibilities
Create and complete complex travel requests for high-touch accounts
and top-tier travelers
Provide informed recommendations based on client travel policy and
traveler requirements
Resolve complex problems and manage customer complaints while
maintaining excellent service
Required Qualifications
High School diploma
7+ years of experience in a customer service environment, including
5+ years as a travel counselor
Strong knowledge of the travel industry and client travel
policies
Experience with VIP, Concierge, or specialty travel
Proficiency in Sabre GDS preferred; Amadeus knowledge is also
desired
