Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Services Coordinator to join
their Member Services team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to assigned association
members
Manage membership dues processing, event registration, and invoice
distribution
Support secondary associations and adhere to Standard Operating
Procedures (SOPs)
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree or equivalent education/experience
Minimum of two years of customer service experience preferred
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Office 365
Ability to travel as needed
Demonstrated ethical behavior and professional appearance
