Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and audit calls of assigned Contact Center Specialists and
track quality scores
Coach specialists on process-related issues and document coaching
opportunities
Conduct quality meetings with supervisors to discuss team quality
results
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Six (6) months of customer service experience preferred
Fluency in both English and Spanish
Ability to adhere to an average QA score of 90% or higher for the
past 90 days
Strong skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and database
software
