A company is looking for an Instructional Designer II who will
design and manage innovative learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business partners to identify goals, objectives,
and timelines
Conduct research to understand learner needs and performance
gaps
Construct learning paths and build assessments to improve
performance outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum of 2 years of related experience
Knowledge of evidence-based training methods
Experience with instructional design theories and project
management
Familiarity with various learning technologies, including eLearning
modules
