Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Patient Engagement
Representative-Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide inbound and outbound support for patient acquisition and
retention strategies through various communication channels
Accurately determine eligibility for care coordination and service
line navigation while maintaining quality measures
Document and address patient complaints and inquiries in a
professional manner, ensuring adherence to protocols
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
1-3 years of customer service and/or healthcare experience
preferred
Telephone/call center experience required
Working knowledge of a Windows-based computer environment
required
Two years of college preferred
