Job Description:
A company is looking for a Student Engagement Specialist II who
will develop and deliver student engagement programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and deliver student engagement and outreach
programs
Address student membership retention and support future staffing
needs of employers
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for
innovation and impact
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in management, education, organizational
behavior, or related business discipline; Master's degree
preferred
5 or more years of experience in an academic setting in an
administration or program leadership capacity
Extensive knowledge of student and academic culture in higher
education
Experience in not-for-profit organizations and global expertise
beneficial
Proven experience in multi-cultural or multi-lingual environments;
international experience a plus
