Job Description:
A company is looking for an RCS Associate - Part Time.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver customer-facing services within Revenue Cycle System
Services
Perform scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and
prior-authorization tasks
Provide financial counseling, cashiering, and customer service
support
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in customer service or healthcare preferred
Ability to work part-time hours, Monday through Friday
Familiarity with revenue cycle processes is a plus
Willingness to undergo training and meet performance metrics
