Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Funder to join their
team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Create accurate Closing Disclosures and prepare closing
documents
Order funds for closing and confirm receipt 24 hours prior to
closing
Enhance relationships with title companies, partners, and
clients
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience with various loan products (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA,
DPA's)
Proficient in Encompass software
Strong understanding of TRID regulations and loan documentation
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
High levels of integrity and a strong work ethic
