Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medicare Operations Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage scheduling requests and changes from Medicare Coaches and
Engagement Specialists
Support the Care Activity Team by sourcing relevant information to
align with member needs
Monitor inbound Health Plan referrals and communicate high-priority
follow-up needs with the Medicare Team
Qualifications:
1-3 years experience in an administrative or customer service role,
preferably in family-centered programs
Comfort with professional software such as Google Sheets, Google
Drive, and ticket management systems
Background in health services related to government healthcare
programs or insurance is preferred
Ability to be organized, proactive, and work cohesively as part of
a team
Passion for building and maintaining great member experiences
