Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Operations Lead to build and
lead their People function.
Key Responsibilities
Iterate on and lead the employee onboarding experience
Manage HR systems and automate workflows
Own the candidate experience and support performance cycles
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in People Ops or People Partner roles at a
high-growth company
Experience in building strong cultures in remote or distributed
teams
Strong project leadership skills, organized and proactive
Ability to operate with discretion and sound judgment
Familiarity with tools like Rippling or Vanta is a bonus
