Job Description:
CDM Smith seeks Electrical Engineer 6 (Irvine, CA). Develop the
electrical plans and specifications. Review shop drawings & assist
with construction services. Perform short circuit, coordination &
arc flash studies using power analysis software. May work from home
up to 3 days per week. 5-10% domestic travel, as needed. Must have
bachelor's or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronic
Engineering or related field & 10 years progressive experience as
Electrical Engineering or in the alternative, at least master's or
equivalent & 9 years experience as Electrical Engineering. Must
have 9 years experience with: CAD & drafting software & practices;
designing electrical system for water, wastewater & industrial
facilities; SKM, ETAP & Aspen Power System Tools software; & 5
years experience performing power studies, designs & commissioning
of high voltage substations. Salary range=$146,619-$212,098.
