Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoots software issues, conducts testing, and provides user
training and guidelines
Maintains data, develops reports, and recommends modifications to
enhance workflows
Coordinates project activities, tracks progress, and ensures
documentation aligns with standards
Required Qualifications
Associate Degree required; equivalent experience may substitute for
degree
Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, revenue cycle, or
scheduling systems in healthcare
EPIC Certification required
Demonstrated experience in project management and team
facilitation
Experience in process design and performance improvement
preferred
