Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Analyst, E-Commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements while designing tailored
solutions to enhance operational efficiency
Analyze and optimize business workflows, collaborating with
stakeholders to recommend process improvements
Manage integrations and provide ongoing support to ensure effective
use of systems like Salesforce and Shopify
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in
e-commerce, retail, or technology
A BA degree (or equivalent experience) is preferred
Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, particularly with
Shopify and related tools
Experience with NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM software
preferred
Background in quantitative analysis or retail operations is a
plus
