Job Description:
A company is looking for a TRC Service Technician.
Key Responsibilities
Assist drivers with emergency roadside assistance and locate
suitable repair locations
Provide documentation on maintenance and repair events while
verifying the necessity and fairness of repairs
Maintain monthly metrics, follow preventative maintenance
schedules, and contribute positively to team morale
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Vocational or Technical education recommended
15+ years of experience in automotive or truck repair
ASE Certified in 8 car or 6 truck repair categories
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and typing skills (20-25
WPM)
