A company is looking for a ServiceNow ITOM/ITAM Business Process
Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, support, and implement ITAM, ITOM, and CMDB
solutions
Run workshops, create documentation, and develop user stories
Provide demos and ongoing support for ITAM and ITOM processes
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
Expertise in ITAM (HAM/SAM) and ITOM, including CMDB
Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) is essential
Experience in business process consulting
Ability to work independently
