Vans Sales CoordinatorThis position is responsible for partnering with sales reps, sales management and internal partners to troubleshoot and drive process improvement. This individual will track and monitor execution of strategic initiatives to ensure department objectives are met. A successful candidate will facilitate the teams activities and maximize performance. How You Will Make a Difference What you will do: Coordinate channel and category needs including sales collateral, samples and logistics. Drive new process and improvements in best practices, policies and procedures and execute these internally and externally. Provide support in troubleshooting problems as they arise. Coordinate Go To Market (GTM) deliverables and share outs for specified sales, products and customers. In partnership with North America merchandising and customer service, align on out of sync and special collection drops and programs from set up to shipment. How you will do it: Initiate and compile various sales reports, create and maintain spreadsheets, log and track various sales functions including open orders, forecast plan, sales rep promo, channel budgets and credit holds. Work closely between the sales team and key cross functional departments including merchandising, marketing, customer service and operations to execute sales initiatives enhance sales processes and address issues as they arise What success looks like: Establish and maintain reporting cadence, proactively manage close of sales and go to market deliverables. Skills for SuccessYears of Related Professional Experience: 3 years Educational Position Requirements:A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements. What we expect you already know: Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Powerpoint, A BOBJ or experience with similar reporting tool, ability to multi task in fast paced environment, and excellent communication skills. What we will teach you: As a hub for the US Wholesale sales team, this individual will gain a deep understanding of each step of the sell in and go to market process.
