Takeya USA is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative with EDI experience. This is a great opportunity to join a stable and fast-growing company with great benefits!PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: -Under general supervision, performs administrative tasks in the processing of customer orders, including domestic, international, and OEM. Processing sales orders (manual and EDI), troubleshooting order discrepancies. As well as assisting customers with billing, shipping, and product inquiries.This role will work cross-functionally with various departments within the organization to ensure our service level goals are met.RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but not limited to):

  • Under general supervision, performs administrative tasks in the processing of customer orders, including domestic, international, and OEM
  • Processing sales orders (manual and EDI 850 & 856), troubleshooting order discrepancies, assisting our representatives with pricing, order processing, and delivery issues
  • Processing of RMAs and credits, as well as assisting customers with billing, shipping, and product inquiries
  • Answer general consumer inquiries via various communication channels regarding order status, returns, missing package claims, shipping information and coupon adjustments, and ensure follow up until inquiry is closed
  • Review orders daily for possible issues regarding order fulfillment, address issues, and fraud issues
  • Working between multiple web apps to enter, pull, and assess customer information
  • Answer general consumer inquiries via various communication channels regarding order status, returns, missing package claims, shipping information and coupon adjustments, and ensure follow up until inquiry is closed
  • Review orders daily for possible issues regarding order fulfillment, address issues, and fraud issues
  • Working between multiple web apps to enter, pull, and assess customer informationQUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor's Degree in business field of study preferred
    • Able to understand sales, proper customer service, and customer relations practices and the professional way of handling customer inquiries and complaints
    • Superior written and oral communication skills, with a professional demeanor
    • Efficient problem-solving skills will be used on a regular basis
    • Creative thinker and good judgment is needed when addressing customer problems and/or difficult situation
    • Be outgoing and enjoy working in an open, team-driven environment
    • Be comfortable working with computers and web-based applications
    • Have experience handling a high-volume workflow in a professional setting
    • Quickly becoming familiar with brand voice, software platforms, and common issues
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-efficiency environment
    • Flexible with working hours, as your schedule will be based on business needs and may include overtime
    • Ability to work independently, demonstrating resourcefulness, accountability, and outstanding attention to detail
    • Ability to interact with our customers effectively and efficiently through email, via phone calls and over social medial channelsEXPERIENCE:
      • 2-3 years of customer service experience is required in an office environment
      • Able to understand sales, proper customer service, and customer relations practices and the professional way of handling customer inquiries and complaints.
      • Prior Customer Support Software experience preferred (Freshdesk, ZenDesk, Gorgias)
      • EDI: 1+ years (SPS Commerce Preferred)LANGUAGE SKILLS:
        • Must read and write EnglishPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: - ---This position is in an office setting with computer and general office equipment. The position requires the ability to move freely around within the department and other department locations.COVID-19 Vaccination:
