Position Summary: New Normal Labs is actively seeking an industry experienced Outside Sales Territory Manager to build and manage licensed dispensary accounts in the Great Los Angeles market and territory. The Territory Manager will be responsible for the development of new accounts and implementation of account-specific, sales strategies in order to achieve territory sales growth in accordance with company revenue objectives. There will be a base salary + commission +car allowance included with this position. Candidate Requirements: Prefer to work for a large cannabis distributor for a minimum of one year. Prefer to have a direct relationship with buyers at dispensaries. Develops and sustains strong professional relationships with prospective clients while maintaining existing client relationships Must be highly self-motivated and results-drive Communicates actively with the distribution team to ensure that orders are fulfilled and all corresponding payments collected, in a timely manner. Strives to seek new business opportunities within the territory. Experience Requirements: Must have a valid California Driver's license and a reliable means of transportation in order to visit clients. 1+ years of outside sales experience is preferred Extensive knowledge and passion for cannabis products are preferred. Strong verbal/written communication skills are a must. Strong external customer orientation and client relationship building. Willing to do whatever it takes to be successful in a highly competitive market. Responsibilities: Open, maintain and grow sales territory through retail accounts. Develop and sustain great relationships with account decision-makers and industry personnel in the territory through fact-based data and leveraging marketing collateral. Coordinate with brand ambassadors and distributor sales teams to develop accounts and sponsor events. Represent the company and its products with high character, integrity, and professionalism. Maintain a positive working partnership with Brand Ambassadors and distributor. Monitor sales and marketing program execution while ensuring all KPIs are achieved. Submit orders accurately and on time each week. Update and maintain client data, sales orders, and any updates or changes to accounts in the CRM database. Work with all departments to analyze and resolve any outstanding issues in the market. A rudimentary knowledge of cannabis laws. Plan own schedule, prioritizing time spent with accounts, administration, and other duties. Identify opportunities to enhance New Normal Labs products on shelf space and displays, in an impactful way for consumers.
