Support:Onyx Homes gives you a foundation that allows you be do what you do best. Focus on SELLING. We have support for almost every other aspect of the business.

We want our agents to focus as much of their time as possible on doing deals. Not the other stuff.
Leads:Most Real Estate Agents aren't used to being busy. Our Team is very good at getting agents very busy, fast. Our "Leads" aren't just leads. They are leads that convert into deals. Over half of all the deals our Team closes are Team generated deals.

Training & Mentorship:Our Team is always working to get better in all different aspects of the business. We have a Training Calendar that will keep you growing, week over week.
--- Open Role Play (zoom) - Monday - Friday 8:30am - 9:15am
--- Team Huddle - Wednesday 10am - 11am
--- Sales Training - Wednesday 12:30pm - 1:45pm
--- Agent Launch (New Agents) - Friday 11:15am - 12:30pm

We also have experience based trainings or masterminds. This way you're in the room with others who are in your same position. There is no lack of training on our Team.
NEW AGENTS: All New Agents that join Onyx Homes interview each of our mentors. You decide who if best suited to help you launch your career. Your mentor will help you close your first three deals.
EXPERIENCED AGENTS: Coach with our Owner, Christian Stubbs. You will also have access to his coaches. If you want to level up your business, this is where it happens.
