Aesthetic Sales Lead for our Santa Monica location! This is an
exciting opportunity for highly motivated individuals with
experience in commission-based sales. You will act as a consultant
to our clients, providing knowledge of treatments and services and
pushing store sales. Responsibilities Greet clients while checking
them in for treatments. Provide sales support to clients by
recommending treatments and closing sales. Increasing company
revenue by upselling current clients and warm leads. Scheduling
clients via phone, email, and in-person for future services.
Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals.
Qualifications 2 years experience of skincare and aesthetic sales
within a med spa Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Highly
motivated attitude Knowledge of skincare and treatments offered at
